Prof Sumon Bhaumik

Sumon Bhaumik is an economist by training, and has worked both within and outside of academics in Bulgaria, Germany, India and the United Kingdom. He joined Sheffield University Management School in 2014, as a Professor of Finance. His research is applied and his research interests are wide ranging. He is particularly interested in firm performance, corporate governance, credit markets and economic reforms in India.
